On April 23, 2008 ECOSLO hosted a forum for the candidates of the San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors to debate local environmental concerns and discuss their plans to address them. Questions focused on issues such open space and agricultural land preservation, as well as the county’s role in addressing global climate change. While all candidates were invited to the forum, Supervisor Jerry Lenthall declined to participate.
