DESCRIPTION:Supervisor Achadjian is hosting a meeting to discuss a pro
 posal by Excelaron LLC to establish four production oil wells and tran
 sport crude oil to processing facilities. The project is located on Ma
 nkins Ranch\, on the west side of Huasna Townsite Road\, approximately
  one mile south of Huasna Road. Up to 8 tanker trucks a day would haul
  crude oil from the well field. \n\nPlanning staff invites the public 
 to attend this informational meeting\, where staff and the applicant w
 ill present an overview of the proposed project\, as well as the curre
 nt status of the where the project is in the process. There will be ti
 me set aside for public comment.
